Welcome to the Love Yourself Slim™ program page. If you have selected this page, then you are probably thinking about losing weight. Maybe you have tried before many times and failed. I have worked for many years helping my clients to achieve their weight loss goals, and in my experience treating an average of one thousand clients per year, I discovered some common attributes:
- Many of my clients suffered from low self esteem;
- Most of them found it hard to say ‘no' to others;
- Almost all of them had past or current unresolved hurts and resentments;

of them had limiting subconscious beliefs that caused them to
self-sabotage
Because they were unable to do the things that logically we all know help us to lose weight, they continued to beat themselves up, labelling themselves as ‘useless', ‘unworthy', and ‘lazy'. This only reinforced their feelings of hopelessness. They were trapped in a never ending cycle of self-punishment and deprivation.
I began to realise that for most people, being overweight is a symptom of low self esteem, not the cause. Overeating and lack of motivation to exercise are indications of deeper subconscious blocks, and many people use food in the same way an alcoholic uses drinking.
Human beings are simply not taught how to like themselves. Instead, we are taught to be hard in ourselves, as if that is going to be our major source of motivation. How did we ever come to believe that in order to make ourselves do better, be better and feel better, we must first make ourselves feel worse?
We all know how it feels to be criticised. It usually serves no other purpose than to exacerbate our feelings of worthlessness. Think about it; how do we get the best out of others? We praise them. We encourage them. We focus on the good things, and in doing so, we get more of the good things. The Love Yourself Slim™ program is designed to help you tap into the power of your mind.
The Program
When you join my program, you will commit to 3 personalised 1 hour weight loss consultations with a qualified Love Yourself Slim™ Hypnotherapist. The cost of the program includes a hypnotherapy recording specifically designed for weight loss that you will take home and listen to in between your sessions.
During these consultations, your therapist will work with you using my proven methodology to diagnose your specific blocks to weight loss. Your therapist will uncover any negative belief systems that may be buried deeply in your subconscious mind, and work with you to release these beliefs.
In every session, as well as participating in the counselling process, you will undergo hypnosis. You will feel calm and relaxed, and your therapist will talk directly to your subconscious mind in order to replace your negative belief systems with new, empowering beliefs that are consistent with your goals. Your program will include:
- Suggestions and visualizations that are specific to YOUR needs
- Powerful strategies designed to stamp out negative belief systems
- Proven techniques that help you to feel great and motivate yourself
